The Mannequins de la Mode website was built to provide the client with a simple, eye-catching and effective site that showed off the available merchandise with the minimum of fuss. The site uses two full screen pictures and an alternate text-only page to maximise accessibility. Both of the images use greatly reduced resolution backgrounds to ensure that a visitor will see something within moments of hitting the site, while the high resolution images load up in slices.
